Sammi D (she/her) is an Emotional Health Practitioner offering gentle, client-centred support for individuals navigating emotional overwhelm, life transitions, grief, and stress. Through Sammid.com, Sammi creates a warm, non-judgmental space focused on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience.

Her approach is empowerment-based and nature-informed, incorporating reflective practice, mindfulness, and forest-bathing-inspired and elemental grounding work to support nervous-system regulation and reconnection with inner resources.
