Counselling in Peterborough

neuroscience-based

for lasting changes in behaviour

  • Feeling frustrated or overwhelmed?

  • Are you stuck?

  • It's time for an update. A skills update.

  • Neural Network Therapy® provides bite-sized skills to get you unstuck.

  • The best part is, you get to keep them.

Talking is only part one of the equation. Action is part two. As neuroscience evolves, our approach to therapy should too.

Neural Network Therapy® is a series of intensely practical exercises that boost mood, reduce anxiety, break unwanted habits and develop strong, healthy relationships.

A “doing” approach also dramatically reduces the amount of time spent in a therapeutic process. Now that’s getting on the right side of science.
