Stephanie Thuy Quynh An
Stephanie is a board-certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) / Music Therapist Accredited (MTA), and Emotional Health Practitioner (EHP). She holds a Master of Music in Applied Music and Health from the University of Toronto, along with a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Behavioural Sciences. Her academic foundation also includes an Honours Bachelor of Music and a Diploma in Music Performance (Classical Clarinet) from McMaster University.
Stephanie is certified in Neural Networking Therapy (NNT) through Canadian Family Health Counselling in affiliation with Trent University, and she became a recognized Neurologic Music Therapist (NMT) in 2022 through the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy.
Her clinical experience spans a wide range of populations and settings, including dementia and palliative care, developmental delays, movement disorders, psychiatric/mental health care, aging adults, and special education.
Stephanie strives to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where individuals can explore their emotional and physical well-being through music. Her practice blends clinical expertise with creative expression to foster growth, healing, and resilience.
