Retrain Your Brain.
Transform Your Life.

Many of the patterns that hold us back, like worry, reactivity or avoidance, aren’t character flaws. They’re habits your brain learned along the way, and habits can be changed.

Neural Network Therapy® is a practical, neuroscience-based approach that focuses on doing, not just talking.

OUR PRACTITIONERS CAN HELP YOU:

Understand your patterns.

Learn what ignites them and why your brain responds the way it does.

01

Build new responses.

Practice simple, practical skills that create healthier pathways in your brain.

02

Make the change stick.

Use those skills in everyday life, so progress carries beyond the session.

Meet our Emotional Health Practitioners.

Canadian Family Health Counselling head office is located at 155 Hunter Street East in Peterborough Ontario’s quaint East City.

Clinical Director Kim Sargent completed her Internship at the Hospital for Sick Children and moved to Peterborough to begin the practice at St. Joseph’s Hospital in 1997. The aim was to leave behind a more clinical setting in favour of a warm and welcoming space for your comfort.

We have offices across Canada and in Australia.
