Jill is a trauma-informed educator supporting those facing social, emotional, and other challenges in both educational and community settings. She applies a compassionate and holistic approach to client-centred care and brings with her a healthy sense of humour and a fun-loving nature.
Jill is a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and a Registered Yoga Teacher. She is skilled in emotional regulation, mindfulness, and personal empowerment. Jill is experienced in assisting those living with chronic illness, burnout, and is a strong advocate for people struggling with mental health issues, and those in marginalized populations.
Jill has worked in a variety of environments, including acting as a supervised parent facilitator through the Department of Justice and as program director with Trauma Recovery for Exploited Youth in Nova Scotia to support survivors of commercial human trafficking.
In her spare time, Jill is happiest being in nature. She has an ever-growing library of books and can be found reading in every spare minute. Jill enjoys baking, cooking, and creating art. Jill is the proud mama to a sarcastic but lovely daughter and 2 feisty cats, Fern and Gully, and loves home time with them.

Carolyn is committed to a holistic approach for emotional health care. She has worked for over 27 years as a K-12 teacher, a Department Head as well as a school administrator. Education and Social Emotional Learning go hand in hand.

As a trained secondary teacher, she combines her classroom experience with her individual practice working with at-risk youth, students with learning challenges, and Autistic individuals.

Jill has worked in a variety of environments, including acting as a supervised parent facilitator through the Department of Justice and as program director with Trauma Recovery for Exploited Youth in Nova Scotia to support survivors of commercial human trafficking.
In her spare time, Jill is happiest being in nature. She has an ever-growing library of books and can be found reading in every spare minute. Jill enjoys baking, cooking, and creating art.
