FALL 2019 ONLINE EMOTIONAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER PROGRAM

The Canadian Family Health Collective offers a 22-week program Wednesdays from 1pm to 2pm EST throughout the academic school year. This program is designed for both personal and professional development purposes and allows for students to attend the one-hour lectures online. The cost is $2970.00 plus taxes and includes a digital copy of all materials.

Emotional Health Practitioners learn to move through the traditional methods of talk therapy into a practical process for immediate symptom relief and continued success long term.  Each exercise is explored through the lens of both the client and the practitioner, enabling students to identify areas in need of growth as well as natural aptitudes.  

We will address Addictions Counselling, ADHD Strategies, Anger Management, Anxiety Treatment, Depression Treatment, Family Counselling, Grief Counselling, Parenting Support and Relationship Counselling.  We will also provide adaptations of the material suitable for working with Children, Adolescents and Adults.

Teacher Jenna Howe who is a Senior Emotional Health Practitioner in our Victoria BC location. Jenna is a Senior Emotional Health Practitioner with her BA in Psychology, is a Registered Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, Fitness and Lifestyle Consultant, Yoga Therapist, Certified Bowen Health Therapist, Certified Pain Therapist and she has taught at Sir Sandford Fleming College and Camosun College.


PETERBOROUGH EMOTIONAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER PROGRAM

The Canadian Family Health Collective offers a part-time 22-week program Wednesdays from 1pm to 2pm EST throughout the academic school year.

This program is designed for both personal and professional development purposes, although only those who have completed the necessary prerequisite education with a Governing College or Psychotherapy Registration may participate in the paid practicum in our Peterborough ON Program.  

Emotional Health Practitioners learn to move through the traditional methods of talk therapy into a practical process for immediate symptom relief and continued success long term.  Each exercise is explored through the lens of both the client and the practitioner, enabling students to identify areas in need of growth as well as natural aptitudes.  

We will address Addictions Counselling, ADHD Strategies, Anger Management, Anxiety Treatment, Depression Treatment, Family Counselling, Grief Counselling, Parenting Support and Relationship Counselling.  We will also provide adaptations of the material suitable for working with Children, Adolescents and Adults.

The Peterborough ON Program requires students to attend the one-hour classroom lectures in person, and we accept only a limited number as necessary for our paid practicum.  The cost for the program is $4290.00 plus taxes. This cost includes all visual aids and materials designed to support private practice upon successful completion of the program.
